The Premium Family Room with a balcony offers killer views of Ella Rock, making it a pretty sweet spot to unwind. The hot tub is a nice addition for a relaxing soak after a day of exploring.
The experience had its share of disappointments. The pool area is cramped, mostly in shade with only four loungers, and the hot tub was dirty. WiFi connection was spotty, and the shower was temperamental, going from scalding to freezing without warning. After checking in, our bags took an hour to arrive, which wasn’t ideal. Despite being an attractive spot, the food only hit the mediocre mark, and the breakfast setup was confusing with no clear communication about locations. improvements are necessary to reach a promising 4-star level.

stunning views and close proximity to attractions for easy strolling
during my stay, I loved the stunning views from my room and the convenience of being only a few steps away from Zion View Restaurant, where I enjoyed delicious meals after a day of exploring the nearby attractions.

Ella's breathtaking views 🌄
The views were simply mind-blowing, especially from our room! The hot tub on the balcony was such a lekker touch after a long day exploring. the brekkie was delicious—had the Sri Lankan option, flaunting all the right flavors!
The weird shower setup took a bit of getting used to, not gonna lie.

Absolutely no wonder this place isn’t a five-star, considering the tiny room and filthy windows! I woudl ve been expecting them to change my room for the price! with a pathetic four loungers at the pool, who thought paying customers shouldn't be allowed to relax? I almost thought I'd leave a good review, but just couldn't.

Highly recommend for couples seeking tranquility
I recently had a lovely stay at this place. The culinary team created dishes that were pure artistry, especially the Creme Brûlée—it just blew my mind how good it was! ! I was welcomed like family, right from check-in, and the staff even walked me to my room, helping with my bags like it was no trouble at all.
It wasn't inexpensive,, but for the quality and experience, it was totally acceptable.
